Founded in Western Australia in 2010,  by Mia Joy and Rob Garnett, The Joy Evelation has continued to grow and expand to gain a following aroundthe globe with success coming from suprising locations.

The band has undergone several lineup changes with musicians from both Australia, Eurpoe and the USA, during which time have managed to produce albums,Eps and a video produced in California of the Wisky-a-Go-Go show, live from Hollywood, California, featuring Dino Madalone on drums and Dig Lewis on bass. Also receiving a nomination for “Best International Band” at the LA Music Awards.

Since the bands beginning they have played several notible shows around the USA and Australia,both head-lining and playing support shows culminating with playing on the ZZ Top tour in Perth, WA.

We are currently in the mixing tage of a new album to be released in 2026, looking forward to several promotional shows and touring the album.
